The Reckless Coursework Trailer #2
Evaluation
- If I was to complete this task again I'd use more camera shots/movement to make my trailer look more technically pleasing and professional.
- I’d especially include more tracking/reverse tracking shots and ECU’s to help portray the characters emotions.
- In terms of lighting, I think my trailer is too dark and if I was to complete the task again I’d think about the exposure settings on the camera and which one I’d use.
- I think my trailer is reasonably easy to follow, however if I was to make it again I’d make my storylines even clearer and portray each characters identity a little bit more.- Maybe include a few more POV shots to create denser parallel narratives?
- I’d make sure that the actors spoke louder when they said their lines so that the soundtrack would not drown their voices.
- Because the dialogue was too quiet, I had to lower the volume of the soundtrack and increase the volume of the dialogue.
- The use of voice overs almost made my product cross over to the documentary mode of
genre. I think this worked however as it helped portray the storylines better to my target audience.
